The perfect combo:  Forty minutes of a series of exercises performed in a circuit format, targeting different muscle groups and increasing cardiovascular endurance AND twenty minutes of stretching, mobility exercises, and relaxation techniques to relieve muscle tension and promote overall well-being.  40/20 split, win/win!  This is an all-levels class.
