Description:

Circuit training class will consist of a number of different exercise stations set up around the studio.  You will start at one station and perform the exercise for a prescribed amount of time with short rest periods between them.  Fitness equipment will often be used including free weights, TRX bands, Bosus, stair steppers, resistance bands, sliders and more.  This is an efficient 45- minute workout that integrates strength, balance, coordination, and cardio.  Although class follows a fairly rigorous interval training sequence, all exercises can be modified according to your intensity level and options will be given prior to class.  Be prepared to get sweaty!
