- Always pre-book a class online via PunchPass. Classes will be canceled if there are fewer than 3 bookings the evening before class. The cut-off to sign up for class is one hour prior. If you need to cancel out of class, please do so at least 3 hours ahead of class time. Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the class start time will be subject to a no-show fee. Those with class packs will lose the class credit. Those on a monthly membership will be charged $10 to your credit card on file. You will get one free no-show or monthly late cancellation for extenuating circumstances. Remember, if you don’t show, you’ve taken up a spot in class that someone else may have used!
- The door opens 15 minutes before class. If you arrive too early, feel free to spend your extra time meditating somewhere nearby ;). Arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts. Respect the space and people around you and practice Aparigraha—non-attachment. If someone is in your usual spot…let it go!
- Bring your yoga mat, water, and towel. I will host a couple of extra mats at the studio for the rare occasion you forget yours, but again, storage is a thing. Same with water—if you forget yours, the fridge is accessible, but in a room in the back now. Please keep no personal belongings by your side in the studio. Place your belongings in the shelving when you enter the front door. I recommend leaving valuables at home as it is an open space.
- Cell phones are allowed in the studio, but please keep your phones on silent.
- I encourage chatting and socializing before and after class. However, when class begins and during savasana, please respect complete silence.
