Functional Athlete

Circuit training class will consist of a number of different exercise stations set up around the studio.  You will start at one station and perform the exercise for a prescribed amount of time with short rest periods between them.  Fitness equipment will often be used including free weights, , TRX bands, Bosus, stair steppers, resistance bands, sliders and more.  This is an efficient 45 minute workout that integrates strength, balance, coordination, and cardio.  Although class follows a fairly rigorous interval training sequence, all exercises can be modified according to your intensity level and options will be given prior to class.  Be prepared to get sweaty!
