A fitness assessment evaluates your overall health, current physical fitness levels, or progress after following through with a fitness plan through a series of tests. Your personalized fitness assessment will be created using the following five elements: health evaluation, body composition test, cardiovascular endurance test, body strength test, and a joint flexibility test. Your assessment includes a weigh-in, body fat measurements, blood pressure screening, circumference measurements and skinfold measurements.
Wear loose fitting clothes (jogging attire, gym shoes, etc.) Avoid alcohol, tobacco, and coffee for at least 3 hours before your assessment. Make sure you eat something solid about two hours before your appointment. Bring a towel and water bottle.
