GRIT AND GRACE CLASSES ARE LOCATED AT THE FUNCTIONAL ATHLETE:  51 E. PLAINFIELD ROAD, COUNTRYSIDE 60525

 Paid Members with a login:
  • Find the class you wish to attend on the schedule below and click on it.
  • Scroll down to the 'reserve my spot' button and click to secure your reservation.
 New Members:
  • Click here:  STUDIO CLASSES.  
  • Once you have purchased a class option, you must still reserve your spot in class by following the instructions above.
Private Fitness Assessments:
GGY Policies:
  • You must sign up for class 12 hours in advance of the class you want to attend.  If you try to sign up after the 12-hour window, it won't be allowed.
  • Drop ins are still welcome, however you must check the schedule to make sure class isn't cancelled. You will be signed in when you come to class.  Please make sure you have an active pass on file.
  • Class will be cancelled if there are less than 3 bookings 12 hours before class time.  I will let you know via email by 8pm the evening prior if the next day’s class is cancelled.
  • Due to limited space (20) if you must cancel, please do so 24 hours before class to receive a full refund.  If I should cancel class for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
  • All updates, cancelations and notifications will be posted here or sent via email. 
  • Studio doors open 10 minutes before class.
  • Bring your own mat, weights, towel and water.
