This is a small group (3-6 people) fitness class where you will receive individualized attention by a personal trainer, me! This class meets every Monday at 10:00AM for 6 weeks. Each training session will offer a 50/50 strength and cardio blend that levels up as you level up for a total body workout every time. These sessions will increase your strength, improve your metabolism, and aids in weight loss. Fitness equipment will be used including free weights, treadmill, elliptical, TRX bands, Bosus, stair steppers, sliders and more. Think sweaty social hour led by a certified coach. You must commit and sign up in advance for the entire 6 week session (can you say accountability?!) $30/session for 6 sessions = $180 = a bargain!
